Dla konferencji z punktami akredytacyjnymi op\u0142ata na rzecz AISN PTK wynosi:<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; o 10 punkt\u00f3w akredytacyjnych: 15 000 z\u0142 brutto<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; o 30 punkt\u00f3w akredytacyjnych: 30 000 z\u0142 brutto<\/li>\n<li>Organizator konferencji zobowi\u0105zuje si\u0119 pisemnie we wniosku do Zarz\u0105du o nadanie akredytacji AISN PTK, \u017ce wyk\u0142ady, prezentacje przypadk\u00f3w klinicznych oraz transmisje zabieg\u00f3w b\u0119d\u0105 promowa\u0142y medycyn\u0119 opart\u0105 na faktach oraz aktualne wytyczne ESC, PTK i AISN PTK z wyra\u017anym podkre\u015bleniem sytuacji, w kt\u00f3rych leki lub produkty lecznicze stosowane s\u0105 w ramach prowadzonych bada\u0144 klinicznych lub niezgodnie z zarejestrowanymi wskazaniami (tak zwane zastosowanie \u201eoff label\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>Przyznanie akredytacji AISN PTK jest r\u00f3wnoznaczne z pe\u0142n\u0105 akceptacj\u0105 i poparciem Zarz\u0105du AISN PTK dla zawarto\u015bci merytorycznej konferencji, wi\u0105\u017ce si\u0119 z mo\u017cliwo\u015bci\u0105 u\u017cywania w materia\u0142ach promocyjnych (drukowanych oraz internetowych) oficjalnego logo AISN PTK, zapewnia promocj\u0105 danej konferencji za po\u015brednictwem strony internetowej AISN PTK oraz oficjalnych zawiadomie\u0144 i zaprosze\u0144 do udzia\u0142u w konferencji ze strony Przewodnicz\u0105cego Zarz\u0105du AISN PTK przesy\u0142anych do wszystkich cz\u0142onk\u00f3w Asocjacji za po\u015brednictwem poczty elektroniczne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
