class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dla uzyskania certyfikatu samodzielnego operatora TAVI AISN PTK kardiolog inwazyjny powinien spe\u0142nia\u0107 nast\u0119puj\u0105ce wymogi:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>posiada\u0107 dyplom specjalisty kardiologa<\/li>\n<li>posiada\u0107 aktualny certyfikat samodzielnego operatora kardiologii inwazyjnej AISN PTK<\/li>\n<li>wykona\u0107 jako pierwszy lub drugi operator:\n<ol>\n<li>przynajmniej 10 zabieg\u00f3w TAVI pod nadzorem samodzielnego operatora\/proktora,<\/li>\n<li>nast\u0119pnie przynajmniej 20 zabieg\u00f3w TAVI samodzielnie,<\/li>\n<li>w kolejnych latach kalendarzowych wykona\u0107 co najmniej 10 implantacji zastawki aortalnej rocznie,<\/li>\n<li>lekarzom, kt\u00f3rzy wykonali mi\u0119dzy 20-49 zabieg\u00f3w TAVI certyfikat wydawany jest na 5 lat; po wykonaniu sumy 50 zabieg\u00f3w TAVI certyfikat samodzielnego operatora TAVI AISN PTK zostaje przyznany na sta\u0142e,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>przej\u015b\u0107 formalne szkolenie z obs\u0142ugi u\u017cywanych system\u00f3w TAVI wraz z wizyt\u0105 w do\u015bwiadczonym o\u015brodku TAVI. Szkolenie powinno obejmowa\u0107 przynajmniej wyk\u0142ady dydaktyczne, a nast\u0119pnie uczestnictwo w przynajmniej 2 zabiegach TAVI w o\u015brodku referencyjnym.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ze wzgl\u0119du na kompleksowo\u015b\u0107 zabiegu TAVI oraz konieczno\u015b\u0107 leczenia powik\u0142a\u0144 tej procedury, zalecamy udzia\u0142 kardiolog\u00f3w inwazyjnych w szkoleniach oraz nabywanie praktycznego do\u015bwiadczenia w:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>inwazyjnym leczeniu chor\u00f3b strukturalnych serca,<\/li>\n<li>inwazyjnej diagnostyce i leczeniu chor\u00f3b t\u0119tnic obwodowych,<\/li>\n<li>uzyskaniu dost\u0119pu do t\u0119tnic obwodowych i ich zamykania,<\/li>\n<li>umiej\u0119tno\u015b\u0107 zak\u0142adania i prowadzenia chorych na ECMO.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Wniosek o przyznanie certyfikatu samodzielnego operatora TAVI sk\u0142adany jest w systemie PTKCz\u0142onkowie. Do wniosku musz\u0105 by\u0107 do\u0142\u0105czone za\u015bwiadczenia stwierdzaj\u0105ce spe\u0142nienie stosownych wymog\u00f3w:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Wykaz&nbsp;wykonanych procedur TAVI po\u015bwiadczonego przez kierownika pracowni kardiologii inwazyjnej. Prosimy za\u0142\u0105czy\u0107 oddzielny wykaz dla ka\u017cdej pracowni, w kt\u00f3rej operator wykonywa\u0142 TAVI.<\/li>\n<li>Za\u015bwiadczenia o uko\u0144czeniu szkole\u0144 dla poszczeg\u00f3lnych system\u00f3w TAVI.<\/li>\n<li>Aktualne za\u015bwiadczenie o cz\u0142onkostwie w AISN PTK.<\/li>\n<li>Potwierdzenie dokonania op\u0142aty.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Certyfikat samodzielnego operatora jest sygnowany przez Prezesa PTK i Przewodnicz\u0105cego AISN PTK. Op\u0142ata za wydanie certyfikatu wynosi 500 PLN brutto.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
